Carbon Leaf - Changeless

Call my friends to share some wine
To share some laughs, and last goodbyes
My photographs of these years
Will make me laugh through the tears
What are the odds. what are the odds?
This ends and we don't meet again
What are the odds. What are the odds?
That I will miss your smile

Take awhile! Take awhile! Take care and
Fly away and see the world
Take awhile! Take awhile! Take time and
If you need rest, I'll keep your nest
Changeless

Let fondness be our souvenir
To keep it warm, we'll keep it near
Otherwise with no heart to recall...
A memory's just a memory after all
I will not leave this pulse alone
Though it may take the long way home
I will not wait until the end
For my applause for you my friend

What are the odds. what are the odds?
This ends and we don't meet again
What are the odds. What are the odds?
That I will miss your smile

Take awhile! Take awhile! Take care and
Fly away and see the world
Take awhile! Take awhile! Take time and
If you need rest, I'll keep your nest
Changeless

Barry PrivettCarbon Leaf got their start at Randolph-Macon College in Virginia in 1992 practicing in an auditorium on campus. Their next step was playing backyard parties, mixers, fraternity, and sorority parties. Shortly after everyone graduated they moved to Richmond, Virginia. From Richmond, they played the college circuit in Virginia and up the East Coast before moving on to clubs.

Meander, their first album, was released in 1995. The first songs Carbon Leaf wrote, including "One Day" and "Country Monkee" are on the album.

Shadows in the Banquet Hall, released in 1997, includes some beloved fan favorites: "Flood," "Wolftrap and Fireflies," and "Attica's Flower Box Window." An award winning video was made for "Flood."

Ether~Electrified Porch Music (1999) is the first album with Jordan Medas as the bassist. Ether features several concert regulars including "Home" and "American Tale."

Echo Echo was released in 2001 with "The Boxer" as the first track. "The Boxer" went on to bring Carbon Leaf local, regional, and even some national recognition. In January 2002 Carbon Leaf won the first-ever American Music Awards Presents the Coca-Cola New Music Award for "The Boxer." As part of winning they performed "The Boxer" live on the AMAs to 80 million television viewers worldwide. Following this appearance, "The Boxer" entered regular rotation on radio stations including Washington, DC's DC101 (WWDC 101.1 FM).

In May 2002, the band members gave up their day jobs in order to dedicate more time to the band and touring.

In 2002, Carbon Leaf contributed the hidden bonus track "Dear" from their Echo Echo CD to the soundtrack of the Kevin Hershberger Civil War drama "Wicked Spring". The haunting, flute-driven dirge plays for its full 7:37 minutes over the entire length of the closing credits.

5 Alive!, Carbon Leaf's first live album, was released during the summer of 2003. The album was taped over several concerts the preceding winter with the track list assembled to match a concert playlist.

In September, 2003, Carbon Leaf won the Pontiac Vibe Summer Sound off resulting in "The Boxer" being played in Pontiac Vibe commercials on MTV and VH1.

In Spring 2004, Carbon Leaf signed with Vanguard Records, part of the Welk Music Group, home to Nickel Creek, Mindy Smith, John Hiatt, Allison Moorer, Sinéad O'Connor, and Sam Bush.

July 2004 marked the release of their first album on a label, Indian Summer. The first two tracks, "Life Less Ordinary" and "What About Everything?", have received airplay across the country. "Life Less Ordinary" rose to number 5 on the AAA (Adult Album Alternative) charts and 29 on the Hot AC Charts. "What About Everything?" rose to 25 on the AAA charts. Indian Summer has been ranked in the top 10 by KMTT in Seattle, and number 40 out of the Top 50 Albums of 2004 by WXPN in Philadelphia. The album was produced by John Morand and David Lowery. Morand had previously produced albums by Guster and Sparklehorse, while David Lowery is the frontman and guitarist of both Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven.

The video for "Life Less Ordinary" debuted on January 5, 2005.

Drunk Saturday

The whole morning and afternoon were tiring for me. After coming from the O.R. (Septoplasty with Dr. Pabico)I immediately went down in the OPD for the Operation Tule and had 9 patients in total (One of them had me feeling very stressed due to active bleeders). My back ache and i feel so hot (due to the weather people!). Then I get this call from my sister at syempre away nanaman as always. I felt bad had to smoke . On my way back Binati ako nila Jo (Our Guard) and invited me to drink. We were only consuming a small bottle of Grand Matador so I went outside and bought Generoso and Coke. Yuck. Ako ba ito? Ngayon pa lng nangyari sa akin ito. Ung nagkakadang suka-suka sa bowl. Pinapaliguan ko ung sarili ko para matauhan. Pero wa epek. Ang bigat ng ulo ko. After 5 suka nasusuka pa din ako. Kinakatok na nga ako ng landlord sa C.R. kala walang tau kasi bukas ung ilaw. Nahihiya ako kila Jo. Kasi 3 lang kami na umiinom nung una biglang may dumating pa na 2. Sus! Hayy. Aun. La lang nashare ko lang. Masaya ako eh

24/7 Eto na ung Video

LOVE THIS SONG

24/7
Artful Dodger feat Michelle Escofer

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need

In the morning, in the evening
In the winter spring or summer
Whether it's early or it's late
It doesn't matter any time
Tender loving sweet devotion
Every second minute hour
I'll be waiting for you
Come put your lovin' on the line

Take me in your arms and let me know
That it's all right
Look into my eyes and let me see you
Deep inside

24 hours a day, seven days a week
I need to feel you here beside me
I need to hold and squeeze you tight

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need

I'll be praying, asking, saying
Send someone like you just for me
Someone special, I belong to
I could be yours and you could be mine
Quiet moments, filled with passion
In my heart you know I'm yearning
Long to please you, touch you
Send me your lovin' right on time

Take me in your arms and let me know
That it's all right (know that it's all right)
Look into my eyes and let me see you
Deep inside (see you deep inside)
24 hours a day, seven days a week
(Seven days a week)
I need to feel you here beside me
I need to hold and squeeze you tight

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love
That's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love
It's what I need

If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need
If you want me to do you right
You're gonna have to love me day and night
24/7 love you know, just what I need
It's what I need...

Sarah McLachlan's Stupid

Night lift up the shades
let in the brilliant light of morning
but steady there now
for I am weak and starving for mercy
sleep has left me alone
to carry the weight of unravelling where we went wrong
it's all I can do to hang on
to keep me from falling
into old familiar shoes

[Chorus:]

how stupid could I be
a simpleton could see
that you're no good for me
but you're the only one I see

love has made me a fool
it set me on fire and watched as I floundered
unable to speak
except to cry out and wait for your answer
but you come around in your time
speaking of fabulous places
create an oasis
dries up as soon as you're gone
you leave me here burning
in this desert without you

[Chorus]

everything changes
everything falls apart
can't stop to feel myself losing control
but deep in my senses I know

New Route

Ako ay nagbabagong buhay....buhay!!!!
Pwes wait and see
Marami akong mga bagong plano
Sobrang luv ko na si Sarah McLachlan
Physically
Spiritually
Mentally
Financially
Dapat lang naman cguro diba?
Excited na ako na matapos sa pagrereview
Gusto ko na magstart ng residency
Can't wait to fit my old clothes
Syempre namamayat na ako ulet
laptop hi!
motorola hi!
canon hi!
Papapansin ako sa inyo
Friendly na daw ako promis!
Head up high
Stomach in , chest out
Model modelan
Kanta-kantahan
Wahahaha
Buhay doctor, nakakasira ng ulo pero nakakaHIGH
Luv it.
